Qapital Reset & Reward Bonus Program 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION.  THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE  BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT  HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF PARTICIPATION SET FORTH  BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND  LOCAL LAWS APPLY. 

The following are deemed Supplemental Terms for a specific Offer under our account reactivation Program, as such terms are defined in the Qapital Incentive Program Terms.  All other capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Qapital Terms & Conditions.

What is the Reset & Reward Bonus? 

The Qapital Reset & Reward bonus program offers a cash bonus (the “Reset & Reward Bonus”) to each Eligible Qapital User (as defined below) that (i) opens a Spending Account on or before December 12, 2025, (ii) moves a minimum of $250 into the Spending Account from their Funding Source or via direct deposit, and that money has a status of either “pending” or “available” in the app on or before 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 12, 2025, and (iii) maintains a total minimum balance of $250 across the Goals Account and/or Spending Account each day from December 12, 2025 until 11:59 pm EST on January 12, 2026 (the “Required Actions”). For the avoidance of doubt, (i) money that is moved into the Spending account but is still in a “scheduled” status in the app does not qualify and (ii) the money can be withdrawn at any time, but any withdrawals that take the balance below $250 before January 12, 2026 will result in the forfeiture of eligibility to earn the Reset & Reward Bonus. The Reset & Reward Bonus amount will be $25. The Reset & Reward Bonus will appear in the form of a deposit in your Spending Account. 

When will you receive the bonus? 

You will receive the Reset & Reward Bonus before January 31, 2026, provided you are an Eligible Qapital User who has completed the Required Actions.

Who is eligible for the bonus?

To be eligible for the Reset & Reward Bonus, in addition to taking the Required Actions, you must be a user who (i) signed up for a Qapital account after November 24, 2019 and prior to November 24, 2025, (ii) opens a Spending Account between December 3, 2025 and December 12, 2025, and (iii) connects a Funding Source to Qapital between December 3, 2025 and December 12, 2025 (an “Eligible Qapital User”). Employees of Qapital are not eligible for the Reset & Reward Bonus. Wedbush Next powered by Qapital users are not eligible for the Reset & Reward Bonus. 

What is the amount of the bonus? 

The Reset & Reward Bonus amount is $25. The Reset & Reward Bonus amount is subject to change in Qapital’s sole discretion. 

Qapital reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate this bonus program or any Qapital user’s eligibility at any time. 

Disclosures: 

The APY (annual percentage yield) is 1.51% with bonus. Spending Account must remain open until January 12th, 2026 to obtain APY. The minimum amount to obtain the APY is $250. The bonus will be provided by January 31, 2026. Must be enrolled in Complete or Premier membership to earn a bonus.
