Encryption in transit and at rest
All connections to Qapital are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Account and transaction data are also encrypted at rest with AES-256, ensuring your information remains protected both in transit and while stored within our infrastructure.
Identity protection
To make sure that only you have access to your Qapital account, we built in extra identity protections including:
Account Verification
We verify your linked bank account using login credentials and micro deposits. Transfers are never executed before we’ve established that you, yourself, own the account.
How we protect our systems
Security isn't just features in the app. All Qapital team members use multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access to internal systems. Our security program includes an independent SOC 2 examination, regular vulnerability scanning, and third-party penetration testing of our applications and infrastructure.
